Hi, I am Sushmitha Shairly – A Software Architect specializing in the Microsoft Power Platform, with 7 years of experience turning business problems into enterprise-grade digital solutions.

My work spans the full Power Platform ecosystem: PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio. I own solutions end to end — from architecture and integration design to governance and delivery — connecting Dataverse, SharePoint Online, Oracle ERP, and other enterprise systems through REST APIs and custom connectors across multi-region deployments.

 I design and prototype Copilot Studio generative AI agents, lead Agentic AI adoption strategy, and help organizations move from AI curiosity to responsible, governed, production-ready agents.
